Diagnosis and Repair Procedure:
1.) Call our office and describe the problem over the phone. Most repairs will require an initial visit to visually inspect and diagnose the problem. In some cases, however, the repair part(s) can be ordered right away and the repair can be completed on one single visit, saving you, the customer, the initial diagnostic fee.
2.) If a diagnosis visit is necessary, an appointment is scheduled and our factory-trained tech will arrive on-site to inspect your treadmill, diagnose the problem and, if necessary, order the repair part(s). This first visit is only $50.00 and a 2nd visit w/parts will be scheduled. However, if the repair can be completed on the first trip, total charges for the first visit is only $75.00 and the entire repair is complete!
3.) If we find repair parts need to be ordered, we will schedule a 2nd visit once the parts arrive. The new parts will be installed, your treadmill thoroughly tested, and the repair is complete! The labor charge for parts ordering and install (2nd visit) is $75.00, plus the cost of the repair parts.
