Diagnosis and Treadmill Repair
1.) Call or email our office and describe the problem. In many cases, the treadmill repair can be completed on one single visit, saving you the initial diagnostic fee.
2.) An appointment will be scheduled, and our factory-trained tech will arrive on-site to diagnose the problem. This first diagnostic visit is only $65.00, and if parts need to ordered, an estimate for parts & labor will be given to complete the repair on the 2nd trip. However, if the repair can be completed on the first trip, total charges is only $95.00 and the entire treadmill repair is completed on 1 trip!
3.) If we find repair parts need to be ordered, we will schedule a 2nd visit once the parts arrive. A repair labor charge (2nd visit) will apply, plus the cost of the repair parts. The new parts will be installed, your treadmill thoroughly tested, and the treadmill repair is complete!
